Year 5 - Friday 10th October

It's been a week of reading Poetry in Year 5 as Thursday was National Poetry Day! On Tuesday, we started some mini-games in Basketball and had a great time playing Benchball today. We focused on finding space and invading the opponents' half so that we could get closer to scoring. Yesterday, we created our Christmas cards (already!) ready to send off to get printed. We hope you will enjoy receiving them. Today was very rainy and we only had short break times. We read with our buddies, but to make up for indoor play, we then had 'Buddy Break' with them.
