Year 5 - 26.4.24

Hi everyone,

Another week of fun and learning in Year 5! As you can see on our Twitter page, we have been creating textured paper in Art so that we can experiment drawing on different paper next week. The children will be using a choice of pencil, pen and charcoal to create their own close up still image onto their textured paper. It'll be interesting to find out what medium we prefer working with.

We also were able to share our Powerpoint presentations with Year 1. They were really pleased to see their DT work in action on their presentations. 

Our second swimming lesson went brilliantly. We all managed to get into the deep end and are becoming much more confident with our different strokes.
