Year 5 - 21.4.23

It's good to be back and ready for the summer term! It's been nice and sunny this week and we have been able to get out onto the field a bit more. 

This week, we started our new Ancient Greece topic in History. We placed it within our timeline and are looking forward to learning more about the Ancient Greeks. 

On Friday, we were lucky to be joined by Mrs Cox to learn all about bridges in art. We used different mediums to create our own bridge art and then also used the iPads or computers to begin creating some digital art. We were finally joined by the student teachers who kindly taught us all about catching skills in cricket.
