Year 3 - 9.2.24

Simply fantastic is how I am going to describe Year 3 this week! They’ve worked so hard on their whale leaflets, they should be very proud of the work they’ve started.

In maths we started looking at length and perimeter. We’ve looked at M, CM and MM this week. It would be great if you could get the children to measure some example at home using different measurement types.

There has been no guided reading this week so you won’t find a slip in your child’s reading diary. This is because Mrs Weston visited us to discuss Children’s mental health week on Monday. On Tuesday we were visited by Mrs O’Connor as she observed one of our SPAG lessons.
