Year 3 - 20.1.23

What a super week we have had in Year 3. We have learnt some more facts about whales in our literacy, we took our facts and learned from the master of animal world, Sir David Attenborough who inspired us to become our own narrators. In art we looked at more work from David Hockney, perhaps you could ask us at home what we preferred to draw our trees in, we had the choice of graphite or charcoal. In PE we got to practise on the snake ladder then we jumped off some of the tallest pommel horses in the school! Mrs Hayes has been telling Mr Waring how fantastic all the children are at learning French, they might want to share with you their ‘Little Snail Song’. This is a reminder that next Friday is our Y3 PTA cake sale event, we look forward to raising money for our wonderful school.
