Year 2 - Happy Easter!

Happy Easter everyone!

Thank you to all parents for coming to parent's evening. It was a pleasure to pass on how fantastic all of Year 2 have been this term. 

We have had a busy term learning about: Tim Peake & Neil Armstrong, our world and continents, column addition and subtraction, multiplication and division, animals and their habitats, life cycles, contractions, conjunctions, Grandad's Camper & Somebody Swallowed Stanley, poetry and much much more!

The children have work hard again for their final week of the term. They have thoroughly enjoyed their art day, learning how to press print and creating their own printing tile. As well as the Spring hat parade, well done!

All children have come home with a work pack to keep up with maths, comprehension and times tables. High frequency word spellings have been stuck in your child's reading diary. 

We hope you have a lovely, relaxing break... and the weather gets a bit nicer!
