WOW! What a fantastic start we've made to Spring term. Not only have the children blown me away with their excellent behaviour and routines, but with their readiness and enthusiasm for learning. We have really enjoyed learning about lions and mice to introduce our new text, "The Lion Inside." We used soft pastels to draw a lion's portrait, learning how to blend and mix colours. In R.E, we discussed the things in the world which are naturally beautiful and began to appreciate the amazing world around us. 

We look forward to starting phonics next week!
