This week, we have learned about the Jewish religious text, the Torah, and how they use a Yad to point to the words. We sketched our own Torah and Yad in our creative curriculum books before writing our own facts. Year 2 have created some beautiful work and should be very proud of themselves. 

In Literacy, we have explored the different emotions of the main characters, Logan and Luna, from our Literacy book, 'A Little Bit Brave'. We created our own Venn diagram to decide if they had different or similar feelings to ach other. The class picked amazing emotions to describe how each character was feeling. We were then supported by Mrs Weston with a Zones of Regulation lesson where we are identifying our own emotions and what things we could do to help us our of the Blue or Red zone. 

We have also begun to explore our new Computing scheme by identifying different types of IT and how they can be used. A busy but exciting week!
